Rob (Bug Hall), Lube (Brandon Hardesty) and Nathan (Kevin M. Horton) are the students of East Great Falls High. All three of them are virgins. They find the Bible written by Noah Levenstein (Eugene Levy) in the school library when Rob accidentally sets fire to the library. However, the book gets half destroyed and they get only imperfect advices regarding losing their virginity. They first try the suggestions made in the book. However, as the things keep on going wrong, they decide to restore the book by contacting the author of the book and all other people who had contributed to it.
