“Born to Raise Hell” sees Samuel Axel (Steven Seagal) an Interpol Agent picked to lead a team of hard edged Eastern European agents. Dimitri (Dan Badarau), Costel (Darren Shahlavi), Nina (Cosmina Pasarin) and Sorin (Claudiu Bleont) make up this team. Their mission is to clean out gun runners and drug dealers all along the Balkans. Their last mission brings to the height of a gang war between Gypsies and Russians. When one of them is killed it seems like the end as some of the team just want to return home cutting their losses. However Axel has other plans as he leads the remainder of the team on a suicide run to get everyone!
