Marshall Lawson (Steven Seagal) loses his whole special strike-team under weird circumstances. He begins to reveal the story behind the strange attack on his unit. The reason is some chemical substance that gives enormous power to it's users and helps them fight, but it has side effects as well. He discovers that substance CTX is illegal and some prostitute under influence of CTX changed into super power creature that killed his unit. He takes the action upon himself determined to abort dealing of this illegal,deadly substance once and for all. He finds himself in the middle of big conspiracy and discovers that the some people from government and some corrupted generals are involved..
